Your Student & Group Travel Begins With These Simple Steps…
The Planning
Upon review of your input, we will begin to build a program for your class trip, educational trips, Music Tours or any group travel tours based on your budget, group objective and overall interests. Priority is placed on scheduling activities that will interest each program participant as well as exceed the level of educational expectations for school group administrations or leisure expectations for senior travel and corporate incentive trips. Transportation, accommodations, restaurant reservations, and entertainment are carefully woven into the schedule to complete the program.tour.
The Presentation
Once we have compiled a preliminary itinerary, an estimate and outline is presented to you for review containing all aspects of your trip including chaperone complimentary packages, upgrades, an on-site tour manager, hotel security, tour activities and all taxes and tips.
This can be fine-tuned to meet specific needs, interests, and budget goals at any point during the planning stage of your program.
The Decision
After the itinerary and budget is finalized, a contract is presented to you. We are aware that financial planning is essential to making any tour possible, therefore we design payment arrangements that not only meet supplier deadlines but also afford flexibility to our clients budget planning. Once we receive the signed contract and initial deposit, we will begin to finalize your trip by sending you additional materials regarding rooming lists, packing ideas, security procedures, educational materials, and activity brochures
The Tour
On the day of departure, you and your group will be picked up by prearranged transportation at a designated area or airport. You will be greeted by a personal Tour Manager upon arrival at your destination. If your trip begins with a flight, your Tour Manager will meet you at the airport to walk you through check-in and security procedures. For those groups where traveler origin cities are around the country, a tour manager will great you upon arrival at your destination.
As your tour unfolds, your Tour Manager is with you every step of the way, taking care of all details including: air and ground transportation management, food & beverage management, admission ticket pick-up; activity management; hotel check-in; and all other aspects of your itinerary that may need attention. Your Tour Manager allows you to enjoy the trip with the rest of the group and if any unanticipated difficulty occurs, your Tour Manager is there to provide a choice of alternative solutions. It is our goal at Peak Performance Tours to make certain that your tour runs smoothly allowing all travel participants an opportunity to learn and enjoy.
“I always look at my trips as once-in-a-lifetime events that yield so much more than just going to a location, performing, etc. They are opportunities for my students to grow and learn, not only as students and musicians, but also as young adults. Bruce’s planning makes that all possible, and while I know that he and his team are constantly working their tails off for me, they make it look simple.”
