After the itinerary and budget is finalized, a contract is presented to you. We are aware that fundraising is essential to making any tour possible, therefore we are very flexible with payment arrangements. Once we receive the signed contract and initial deposit, we will begin to finalize your trip by sending you additional materials regarding rooming lists, packing ideas, security procedures, educational materials, and activity brochures.
